The cover was revealed today on Entertainment Weekly’s website, and they have also published a sneak preview of chapter one. Read it here.

Excellent covers, Claire! I like them both, although the UK one is a bit darker and more ominous…
Thanks, Becky. You’re right, it is. The story is dark, but with a glimmer of hope at the end.
I find it interesting how different publisher have a similar view of the roots and ground and yet managed to present a slightly different mood for me. The US tone is lighter in comparison to the darker UK presentation – they are both great covers. Look forward to reading.
